A little world of Camille

I am in the process of turning every post containing a free article into a personal written opinion regarding a variety of subjects, including pregnancy, programming, SEO and other services I use. Oh yes! and school memories too.

I guess Izea’s guys are right when they say a blog’s worthier when it contains personal opinions rather than news written by others splattered all around. That might be the key to that “blog optimization” I was so effortessly looking for… I’m really a newbie, I have to admit that! :) I had thought that my readers would rather read official articles, written by others, than mine… I was so wrong.

Perhaps, the key to SEO is ‘heart’… there’s nothing good in a site if its webmaster did not put his/her heart into it. Now, I fully understand that.

I’m totally new to SEO – I’ve got to admit it.. I’m a n00b! – but I’m willing to learn, and that makes the whole thing a lot more exciting. :) Well, to me at least!

Far as I learned, Google did not release the whole Pagerank algorithm, so there is no way I may begin from that formula to study a plan in order to improve my website ranking. Granted, I’ve acquired a Pagerank of 2, but that is not enough; my site is not well linked yet, and I also need to improve my traffic rank (Alexa), hopefully by reaching the 1k within December 2011.

Of course, my site will never be authoritative, since it’s only a personal blog, but I’m willing to make it a trustworthy, nice place for my readers to spend some time on.

I may come up with a niche site one day, but we’ll see… I don’t feel like burdening myself too much online for now.
